McMahill is now living with his director of SWAT, Bryan Peterson, sources say. McMahill is the first Clark County, Nevada sheriff to take command of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department as a documented pervert and liar, per a 1995 LVMPD Internal Affairs Bureau investigation that sustained the charges against him.
