First reported in Episode 54 of 'Truth And Consequences with Doug Poppa', this is part two of Clark County, Nevada Sheriff Joseph Lombardo's cover-up involving the incompetence and negligence of Las Vegas Metro Police Sexual Assault Detail detectives and sergeant, that led to the 2019 kidnapping and rape of a 12-year-old girl and Lombardo's cover-up of the botched arrest and escape of the suspect that led to a SWAT response for a barricaded suspect. CORRECTION: I STATED IN THIS EPISODE THAT ANTWON PERKINS WAS ARRESTED ON JANUARY 24, 2019. THAT IS INCORRECT. THAT WAS THE DATE OF THE BOTCHED ARREST AND ESCAPE AT MCCARRAN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. PERKINS WAS ARRESTED ON THE EVENING OF JANUARY 25, 2019 AFTER A SWAT RESPONSE TO A BARRICADED SUSPECT (PERKINS), AS I CORRECTLY STATED IN EPISODE 54. 

KEYHERRA GREEN WRONGLY ARRESTED FOR MURDER BY VEGAS POLICE, FILED LAWSUIT. TRUTH AND CONSEQUENCES WITH DOUG POPPA. EPISODE 55. JUNE 21, 2021.

KEYHERRA GREEN, AN INNOCENT WOMAN WHO WAS WRONGLY ARRESTED FOR MURDER IN 2018 BY LAS VEGAS METRO POLICE, AND WHO SPENT TWO MONTHS AND ELEVEN DAYS IN JAIL FOR A CRIME SHE DIDN'T COMMIT, FILED A CIVIL RIGHTS LAWSUIT AGAINST THE DEPARTMENT AND HOMICIDE DETECTIVES.

2019 kidnapping, rape of 12-year-old girl result of incompetence, negligence by Las Vegas Metro Police Sexual Assault Detail sergeant and detectives. Clark County Sheriff Joseph Lombardo who runs the department orchestrated a cover-up to prevent public exposure and potential civil action by parents of victim.

In 1991 and again in 1992 while I was a criminal investigator with the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office, Virginia I testified under oath that then Loudoun County Commonwealth's Attorney William Burch and then Sheriff's Captain Vernon Beamer withheld exculpatory evidence in the 1988 trial of William Douglas Carter who was charged with the attempted murder of his wife. After Carter was granted a new trial and released from prison in February 1992 based on my testimony and that of corroborating witnesses, I was suspended and then fired by then Sheriff John R. Isom.

Jesus Carvajal was an innocent man who was wrongly arrested and charged with multiple felonies by Las Vegas Metro Police Vice Detectives in 2018 as a result of incompetence, negligence and misconduct in a botched police investigation.
