EXCLUSIVE: A 1995 confidential Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department memorandum obtained by 'TRUTH AND CONSEQUENCES WITH DOUG POPPA' describes retired LVMPD Undersheriff and Clark County, Nevada Sheriff Candidate Kevin "Show me your snatch" McMahill's conduct as "atrocious" and "idiotic" after an Internal Affairs Bureau investigation at the time sustained charges of conduct unbecoming an officer, neglect of duty and an additional charge of untruthfulness. LVMPD documents reveal that McMahill's 1995 polygraph examination results indicated he was deceptive. McMahill came under investigation after he told a woman in his custody to expose her vagina and stood by as another officer told her to eat crack cocaine, in lieu of being arrested.
